Hi everyone! 
I know there are a lot of digital artists here on dA, Chelsea-Cat, BladEra123, ForeverNura123, Sweetie-Haruka15, Eternal-Illusion151, littlevillagewolf and God knows how many others. I'd like to enquire, how do you guys create your deviations? Do you use software installed on your PCs, or graphics tablets? If you use graphics tablets, which ones, and which do you recommend? What should I look for in one?
I'd really appreciate it if any of you could help out - I'm looking to put my drawing skills to good use, but would prefer to do it digitally. Thanks in advance!

I've been inactive for quite a long time now, at least a year, I guess.
dA became a part of my life when I used to be here, it became so important to me that I failed to see beyond this virtual world, this website. I realized the only way I was going to get over my addiction was by giving up altogether.
I miss dA. But I've realized that apart from the initial emptiness, nothing has changed. Within me, around the world, even on dA itself.

No, but I used to have a squirrel, turtle, fish, tadpoles, and cat. And chickens.

hmm think I won't be a good help because all I look for in a graphic tablet is that it works :'D oh and that it's not smaller than my screen, I don't know, but I think this would be kinda frustrating though I've already seen really small graphic tablets.. they haven't been much larger than a smartphone and I wonder.. if it really was a graphic tablet.. o:
oh well, nevertheless that would be my tip for a tablet: not too small ^^ I also can't compare any graphic tablets because so fa I've always had this one (eeh sorry, German >.<) .. it's already my 2nd, so they're not unbreakable x'D but I think it managed to survive 2-3 years, dunno, but think that's good ^-^
and in cases of programme I use Photoshop CS6, but I heared PaintTool SAI should be as good as Photoshop (and it's free) so.. think I'd advise you this one ^^
